Icings:  All icings are available in a variety of flavors, but many different textures.  You can choose from the list below, and request the flavor, extract, and/or color you would like.


American Buttercream – The “Go-To” Buttercream.  This icing has a smooth texture, with an amazing buttery, creamy, sugary goodness flavor that is only beat by its versatility in flavor.  You can’t go wrong with vanilla, or you can jazz it up by adding your favorite flavor or extract.


Italian Meringue Buttercream - This is an ultra-smooth buttercream that is not too sweet and should be your frosting of choice when we want a silken, elegant texture and delicate flavor. It is based on meringue and a cooked sugar syrup, so it is a more complex Italian meringue buttercream recipe than a standard confectioners’ sugar-based frosting.  Vanilla is the basic choice, but it can also easily be turned into chocolate, espresso, raspberry, lemon and many more variations.


Swiss Meringue Buttercream - This is an all-purpose buttercream that has an ultra-silky, stable texture that spreads beautifully over cakes and cupcakes, and can be piped into perfect peaks and patterns.  Just like the Italian Meringue, it is not too sweet, but this is more of a creamy texture whereas the Italian has more of a whipped texture.  The flavors are endless, you can add whatever flavor or extract you like to enhance its already wonderful flavor.


Whipped Buttercream – This buttercream is strictly for my “peeps” who love whipped icing.  I use Rich’s Bettercream to make these whipped clouds of goodness, all you have to do is decide the flavor.  Your colors for this icing are limited to pastels.


Cream Cheese icing - This delicate frosting has a nice cream cheese flavor and is just sweet enough to complement any cake or cupcake without overwhelming it.  Add it to your favorite Red Velvet or Strawberry Cake.


Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Icing (Cupcakes only) – This is an eggless cookie dough based icing that I use for just about any cupcake flavor.  If you are a kid at heart, and love eating cookie dough like I do, you will love this icing!!!!


Fondant: This beautiful fondant has a silky texture based on the white chocolate it contains, and a lovely, mild Raspberry flavor to enhance almost any flavor profile. Excellent rolling and cake covering characteristics. Holds moisture exceptionally well. You won't believe how bold the color is!
